Shipping policy

At Chocolised, we make to order. 

Typically it takes us 3-5 working days to create each order and we refer to this as our production time. Your order is then dispatched via your chosen delivery method.

ORDER UPDATE: Due to high Easter demand, our peak period timeframe of 7 working days now applies for all orders placed between 1st April - 9th April

We currently offer two delivery methods:

• Royal Mail 2nd class (delivery aim within 4 working days) 
• Next Working Day Delivery (please note bank holidays are not a working day)

Please contact us before placing your order if it is needed urgently as we cannot cancel an order once it has started being made.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays due to events outside of our control such as strike event, pandemics or national weather events.

Please note during peak periods such as Easter and Christmas, it may take us up to 7 working days to make your order.
