Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We also accept payment by Clearpay and express payment methods such as Apple Pay. 

Ordering and delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sales@chocolised.com. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

When will my order arrive?

Due to the personalised nature of our items, all orders require time to be made. 

This typically takes up to 5 working days and we will let you know as soon as your item is on the way to you.

If your order has been dispatched but it hasn't arrived, please contact us by emailing sales@chocolised.com

How much is delivery?

We currently offer two delivery options:

  • Royal Mail 24 (1-2 days after production)
  • Royal Mail 48 (3-4 days after production)

Both of these delivery options are fully tracked and the production time for both is the same.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery.

In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. 

Please note in an effort to reduce postage prices for our customers, we now offer an untracked 2nd class option. If this is selected, tracking will be unavailable.

I have made a mistake with my personalisation?

Please contact us as soon as you realise you have made a mistake and we will do our best to help.

Unfortunately, if your order has already entered production, we are unable to make changes.

 

Are these official Cadbury products?

Our belgium chocolate range features genuine Cadbury chocolate in unique and delicious creations. 

We are in no way affiliated with Cadbury and all rights are held by Mondelez International.

 

Why has my order been cancelled?

We will always get in touch before we cancel an order.

We typically only cancel orders when you've asked us to or if your personalisation contains explicit content that we are not allowed to print due to strict licensing agreements that are in place.
