Refund policy
Due to the personalised nature of all of the products we sell, we cannot offer returns on personalised products.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact sales@chocolised.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours during the working week.
For all other non-perishable items, we have a 14 day returns policy. Please email returns@chocolised.com to begin a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please send us a photo so we can assess the damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, all sales are final. We make to order and an order cannot be cancelled once placed.
Refunds
In some instances, we may issue a refund and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
Delays
Unfortunately Royal Mail strike action may delay your order. We cannot acceptable responsibility we delays caused by this. We recommend you order in plenty of time for any occasions.
Hot Weather Policy
During hot weather we also label your order with instructions to keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources so that the risk of melting is minimised further when being transported to you.
Your order is also kept chilled until collection from our premises.
However, we do not take any responsibility for melting as the weather is out of our control, although we do as much as possible to prevent this!
